The site uses cookies to make the surfing experience of users easier and intuitive: the cookies are small text files used to memorise some information that may regard the user, his/her preferences, or the internet access device (computer, tablet or cell phone), and are used mainly to adjust the functioning of the site to the expectations of the user, offering a more personalised surfing experience and memorizing his/her previous choices. A cookie consists in a reduced set of data transferred to the user’s browser by a web server and can be read solely by the server that did the transfer. It is not an executable code and does not transfer viruses. The cookies do not register any personal information and the possibly identifiable data are not memorised. If desired, you can prevent the saving of some or all the cookies. However, in this case the use of the site and the services offered could be compromised. To proceed without modifying the options regarding the cookies, you should just continue browsing. Hereunder are the types of cookies which the site uses:

Technical Cookies
There are many technologies used to retain information in the user’s computer, which are then gathered by other sites. Among these, the most known and used is HTML. These serve for the surfing and to facilitate the user’s access and use of the site. They are necessary for the transmission of communications on electronic networks or for the supplier to furnish the service requested by the client. The settings to handle or deactivate the COOKIES may vary according to the internet browser used. However, the user may manage or request the general deactivation or erasure of the cookies, modifying the setting of his/her own internet browser. This deactivation may slow down or obstruct access to some parts of the site. The use of technical cookies allows safe and efficient use of the site. The COOKIES that are inserted in the browser and retransmitted via Google Analytics or through the blogger statistics service or similar services, are technically used only for the purpose of the optimisation of the site directly by the controller of the site itself, who may gather information in aggregated form on the number of users and on how these users visit the site. At these conditions, the same rules hold for the Analytic COOKIES, in terms of information and consent required for the technical cookies. From the standpoint of duration, the temporary session cookies can be distinguished, are automatically cancelled at the end of the surfing session, and serve to identify the user. Therefore, it will not be necessary to log into every page visited, including the permanent ones that remain active in the PC up to the expiry or erasure by the user. Session cookies may be installed to allow access or permanence in the reserved area of the portal as an authenticated user.

They are not memorised in a persistent way, but exclusively for the duration of the surfing up to the closing of the browser, upon which they disappear. Their use is strictly restricted to the transmission of session identification data constituted by casual numbers generated by the server, and necessary to allow safe and efficient surfing of the site.

Third-party cookies
In relation to the origin, we can distinguish the cookies sent to the browser directly from the site being visited, and those of third-parties sent to the computer by other sites. The permanent cookies are often third-party cookies. Most of the third-party cookies consist in tracing cookies used to identify online behaviour, understand the interests, and thus, personalise the advertising proposals for the users. Third-party analytical cookies may be installed. They are sent from the so-called domains of said third parties external to the site. The third-party analytical cookies are used to gather information on the user behaviour on the site The analysis is done in anonymous form, to monitor the performances and improve the usability of the site. The profiling cookies of third parties are used to create profiles relating to the users on the site for the purpose of proposing advertising messages in line with choices shown by the users themselves. The use of these cookies is governed by the rules set by the third parties themselves, therefore, users are invited to read the privacy circular letter and the instructions for the management or deactivation of cookies published in the relevant web pages.
